Wow! Absolutely striking artwork!

Holy. This is an awesome piece

Firstly, the background clearly gives off the tumultuousness of the encounter without having to say anything and show don't tell is always a good thing in art.

Secondly, I love how dynamic these Dragons poses are and they're using their breath weapons in a beautiful way which also shows off their immense power like they could sunder cities if they wished.

And oh gosh the lighting and detail! I love the way the breath weapon and what I assume is a lightning bolt are just petering around at the edges of their effect because It gives off the impression that these are things the creatures have to maintain and they aren't just solid streams that fire off once and done like a bullet.

This is amazing and I even like the way the charge is spreading over the electricity Dragon's body as if they are either channelling it into the lightning bolt or can't handle the full power of the lightning bolt and have to dissipate the residual charge into themselves.

This got me thinking and I love it which is a serious sign that the artist did good work!
