Started a new RPG, and needed a character for it. I had been messing around with a few ideas, but none of them could quite fit for what I needed. So at the GM's request, I decided to use the most easily corrupted / cursed / mutagenic squirrel Sadie for it.
This version of her, much like her modern counterpart just wanted to live a simple and uneventful life.. but fate had something more instore with her. The poor squirrel constantly getting pulled into the life of the adventurer. Series of fated fortold prophicies, roped into weird rituals by cultists, stumbling across cursed items.. the whole shabang.
Somehow, however she somehow survived to an old age and was able to retire to run a small shop where she offers tea and small baked goods that are said to be as powerful as magical potions. Always willing to offer a ear to listen, a story of her adventures or abit of advice. Occationally she might have an item or two from her adventuring days that she will give off to a needy younger adventurer, or buy one of the strange artifacts someone might stumble across.
Though she might be quite elderly these days, fate still has a way of pulling her back into shinanigans.
This is a gestalt game so she is a (Reincarnation/Faespeaker) Druid / (Filidh) Bard. This is also the first time I've played a character that is Venerable, and whooboy do those penalties hurt. Should still be an interesting game and see where she winds up!
