In character, Kyrio just dislikes having to deal with his own personality (because he's a bit of a narcissist) and it can be confusing for his clientele. But he doesn't care if it happens to other people.

For myself in reality, twinning is not something I personally find interesting but people ask for it now and then so I figure why not

Though I would say the same with Shadow seeing a twin of himself because for some reason his pride as a charizard would kick in and he'd be a grumpy zard unless the twin is of opposite gender. Other than that, more dinos!
