Mizu pretty much exclusively wears kimono, and she knows better than anyone else that not wearing it over the shoulders is considered unclassy and improper. But what's a little bit of rule bending when she's not in public? She found some rather pretty cherry blossoms earlier, and picked them off the tree to wear. She looks very delighted to show them off to you! She looks adorable with them on, doesn't she? As for her clothing, she decided to relax it a little bit and loosened her kimono to show a little more scales than usual, and of course, some of her seldom-seen chest fluff, to enhance the view just for you! How sweet!
