I have to say this is one of my favorites so I think I might just compile everything here :> I really like how you used the mixture of blending and the harder cell-shading like techniques in it. I also think your anatomy is very swell, however, on some of these I would like to see more dynamic posing. I love the Lupin one, but don't be afraid to exaggerate the pose and parts as needed! You're a cartoonist, and exaggeration helps bring out what you want to express to your audience. In this show this technique is used in great amounts, and you don't really need to go that far, but I think that one would look fantastic with more spread between the legs and a more foreward torso to exemplify the running motion.
But back to this picture, I think the colors compliment one another well, even the bg. I see on the girl characters rump there is a bit of a smudge where the tail color was blended, and I see it a bit on your Lioncat pic too, on his tail between his legs. You can usually get away with itty bitty things like that, but just keep an eye out because the more clean you keep your colors the easier it will be for people to 'read' your colors. (if that makes sense derp) Oh, and on the Lioncat pic, I am assuming it was meant to have less shading kinda like this piece I'm commenting on (because I looked back at some of your pics and you have some really vibrant shading, btw. I love it.), however, some of the colors used makes it look like it may just be part of his colors. Or if it was meant to be that, it looks like its shading. I can't really tell what was meant. Hehe. But, anyway, I think to differentiate from this, you could add color into it aka a slightly more blue/red hue of the brown would work really well to bring out shading in a piece like that, especially since he has so many similar tones.
But, anyway all in all I really like your style, especially your anatomy and stuff. You pick really nice colors for these, and I really don't think there is much to crit on, except nitpicky things :3 You can receive a lot more through practice than from reading my unreadable babble~
