Way back before his odd bouncer/entertainer life and his short stint at a rich guy's mansion, Aexek made a living working at a local bar back in Tripha to make ends meet.

Although decked in an eye-catching attire, he made ends meet in a very uncommon way taking his usual position in the corner of the crowded bar.

Unlike the sharp eyes of seeking the hunger in a potential customer's eyes or the scent of need emitting from their musk, the Malinois' sharp eyes are always on the lookout for the flash of fear or the grip on the shoulder that is too strong to be friendly.

"Sheepdog", "Shepherd", "Nosy Friend", and "Bar Dog" are some of the nicknames the regulars and coworkers gave him as the Belgian Malinois kept watch over the establishment.

Although he’s not the owner of the bar nor does he gets paid for his security service by the actual owner.

It was more or less because the bar's the only place he knew since he was a pup and like a typical Belgian Malinois, he is fiercely territorial and overly protective of those working within the building.

An annoying moth fluttering around a lamp that sometimes lash out at your face when you try to take or replace the lamp…
...as his coworkers would say whenever they try to describe him.

Always punching way above his weight class, it's a wonder the Malinois is still alive...

...but after every violent brawl and brutal match, Aexek left the arena not unscathed but alive and pretty much the undisputed alpha of district.

What nobody knows is that he relishes the violence.

Yes, the money he takes from the unconscious bodies is a nice plus and the circle of friends he made at the bar are awesome making the Malinois feels like he belongs somewhere...

But it’s the thrill of the fight that always made his heart pound with adrenaline and excitement.

Whenever he looks at himself in the mirror, he could see through the thinly-veiled façade he tries to maintain…
…a wolf in sheep's clothing...or more like a wolf in sheepdog's clothing.

Although, that's what Aexek wants to think of himself but most of the time it's due to his idiotic protective instincts acting out and it takes more than one good shot to take down a really drunk fucker...

...and Aexek hates losing so the stubborn dog just keeps going at it until the fight’s really over.
That counts as fightlust, right?

It also doesn’t help that his concept of blending in is literally a thong and leather jacket so his coworkers always felt sorry for the poor sod that decided to feel up the Malinois not expecting a fist breaking their snout or a knee right up the balls.

At least that caught the attention of several prominent figures in the district who saw some potentials in the Malinois’ brute force and sex appeals.

Potentials that Aexek kicked in the nuts and getting kicked himself from a high-paying maid job.
