I'm guessing that this means that even if she loses the amulet or if someone were to try and steal it... then the enchantment that this amulet usually provides the wearer will still not fade (or maybe while not fading, being separated from the larger piece would lessen the effects and Anna would only be left with a fraction of the amulet's overall power of blessing the wearer with good fortune and power, that is unless she can somehow get the bigger piece back) from Anna as she has a piece of the gem inside her now. Well, assuming that the gem gets inside her tum and stays there [or it's a tiny enough piece that her stomach acid is able to dissolve the small mineral chunk and it alongside it's magical properties get absorbed into her body through her bloodstream or something (even if it's not what you might normally consider 'food' for one's stomach to go about digesting)] and that it doesn't instead eventually go... y'know, fully through her digestive system.

I don't think so, even if she could eat someone else I don't even think her higher status or even the amulet's magic (which so far has seemed to have shown only being able to provide opportunities of wealthier status and power and increased hunger but NOT immunity from any and all laws that may have no exceptions even for higher status types, like not being allowed to murder in cold blood) could protect her from the charges of cannibalism. Heck, she'd probably be put on trial as a witch and hanged for the ability to consume someone whole.
