So StarryBlur shared a bunch of adorable outfits with me one day, and I shared them with Myakishhs and they LOVED one of them so much we made a commission out of the outfit pretty much right then and there.
There really wasn't much of an idea going into this. I mentioned that it would be the sort of dress she'd wear while performing a little song on a stage or something, and that was the idea we went with! Myakishhs suggested she have her eyes closed and be absorbed in the moment, and I thought that'd be cute so here we are!
I need to get this depicted more, but I always imagined Penelope as someone that loves performing. I usually only thought of her being a ham on stage or camera, always small-time stuff, but once I saw this commission I realized she can probably sing decently too!

An audition is totally fitting for this as well! It was a cute kid's dress, the original was very comfy looking, but we sized it up so it'd be reasonable for her to wear XD
