Cultist's tendency to sacrifice or indoctrinate captured Homeworld Gems understand horrify Rose Quartz and remind way to much of Homeworld in-and-off itself. People are alike all over.

Here's Rose Quartz going directly to Bishops for some petition. I'm imagining this is early in the war and explaining the gems presence or getting help from in particular tough battle, which she will probably receive in the form of a natural disaster against the Homeworlders...
