A pair of Pygoss kelp farmers on the beach discuss which spots to harvest next before their next dive.
This particular species of kelp which happens to be unique to this area has many uses from seasoning to medicinal, while other parts of the plant can be used to make rope. Typically the kelp is dried or ground into a powder for storage but this harvest is marked for trade as the nearby Vossen love to use it in their dishes as much as possible. The Lipane on the other hand aren't as interested in the raw kelp but they will trade the medicines made from it for both use and study, although it does have a mild narcotic effect on them so they use it sparingly these days and banned it for "recreational use"
