Dropping #4 of my evolved object familiar Mages, here is "Ages, the Archive Mage", the evolved form of an ancient tome that spent many centuries within a magical library, during which time the tome gained sentience and a life of its own; it would spent a few more decades accumulating knowledge from the other books within the library, from the light-hearted and fantastical to the most forbidden in regards to magic and science. Creating a tree-like "skeleton" for himself is but one of many demonstrations of Ages's connection to nature and the Earth, as well as the knowledge of the books whose pages make up his “flesh”.
