Again, I did not whip this up on the fly. A lot of my practice has consisted of learning from and looking to artists far better than myself for proportions and placement and more. If posting something like this is in bad taste, given how heavily I referenced the aforementioned picture, I'll remove and delete this picture.

I don't think it's in bad taste at all. Everyone starts somewhere and using available material as you go along is only natural. The only real malice I could see in it is if you'd have kept your inspirations a secret, but you've been nothing but forthcoming about them!
It's a very nice piece, really cool seeing your own, personal take on Angela. Heck, it's nice seeing her again period! 😄
