Yep, the title says it all, the Dragonite indeed floats up and down. Of course this is another animated request, but this time with the intention of it being animated rather than me adding that detail on my own. Again, didn't really bother with animating the background, just Dragonite as a big balloon floating up and down. I also expanded the canvas to give more room on animating the Dragonite floating around, which even though I intended Dragonite to be blimp size for this one, makes him more like a big balloon here, but I guess I could still count it as being blimp size otherwise. And this is also my first time showcasing one of my Aseprite animations on FurAffinity, since I've done some others on my DeviantArt.
