(This was commissioned by my best friend  TheAnnonymousKat, and I'm reposting with permission. The following mentioned does contain elements from Crossing Over. A series by him and I.)

It'd been some time since the Anthros of Justice had been established, with Kat, Panthro, Sulley and I, along with 4 others joining as its founding members after a fateful encounter and quick bout of teamwork. And as all of us getting closer to our fellow members, bonds were starting to be forged. Including one between Panthro and I.

It'd be too much detail to go into it, but in a nutshell... Me and Panthro had moments for us to bond, including training, casual conversations, giving fresh perspectives, and etc. And it even felt like we were able to see sides of us we didn't show at first.

One day, Panthro wanted to do something to show he was willing to welcome me as not only an Anthro of Justice, but also a friend. And knowing Sulley's my older brother, the panther had a chat with the monster on what to do. And that's where he got the idea of a nice hug. However, it was ultimately decided a small group hug would work just as well.

When it was a good point due to the others being busy with whatever they're doing, Panthro requested me to come to him and Sulley in one of the main rooms. I did so as soon as I could, and naturally arrived with the question of what they needed me for.

Then... Sulley crouched down a bit so he could give me a hug. This I naturally enjoyed a lot and hugged my big bro back, but soon came the surprise when I felt Panthro's left hand on my back. It was like he was joining in the group hug! The panther even moved his right hand to give me a quick pat on the head as well! Not going to lie, but I REALLY enjoyed the group hug. I even swore it felt like Panthro gave one of his warmest, sweetest smiles as well.

This was no doubt one of the best ways to feel welcomed as a comrade and friend of the Anthros of Justice. Hope we and the others can grow closer as a team. And maybe a found family of friends of sort as well.
