Taking a little break from drum kits and rock drumming, Beryl decides to show off his mastery of percussion instruments by performing in an orchestra, playing the timpani drums and doing a standalone solo amongst the musical performance.

He is very happy and so overjoyed in the moment, he didn't even need to open his eyes to play. He let his hands free, and make the beat flow by going ham on the timpani!

This piece has me working on quite some time (cuz I was busy irl too). I'm glad I can finally finish it. By the way, I experimented with shading and lighting on the background. Did you notice it? It's subtle, but it changes the overall tone of the drawing drastically, hehe.

I wish someday I can try playing timpanis. Those look very cool and very interesting to play. But sadly, I'm not a musician and not going into music school, haha. Also timpanis are expensive af.
