July 18th, 20XX...
Sometime after the incident in Cyber World, Noelle had the truth told to her about the Dark World, with her understandably being rather shocked that what she initially thought was a dream turned out to be VERY real. In order to make it up to her, Susie & Ralsei both decided to help create a welcoming party for her in Castle Town!

Whilst Susie set up decor outside of the castle, Ralsei was inside, tidying rooms and trying to create one for Noelle as best he could, even if he didn't know her all too well.
"Well, what do Lightners like in their parties..."
"They like cake, oh I can do that! They like presents, those sound nice...~"
"...What am I missing?"
"..."
'Oh! balloons! But...how would I make those? Surely it can't be that hard, right?"
Realizing he was missing something rather quintessential, Ralsei got to work on trying to make balloons for the welcoming party! There was just one problem...he didn't know how! His first thought was to try and make them in the cauldron, after all, it could make alot of things, and even if they weren't edible, a little magic could get what he wanted!

He wanted to make alot of them too! ...So after dumping an entire bag of sugar, a whole sheet of rubber, and an entire TP bar's worth of magic into the cauldron, he stirred and waited for what would come out!
He sure would get balloons...just not the ones he was trying to make~
'Uh-oh!"
Ralsei squeaked out as yellow, sparkly balloons started to flood out from the cauldron at a frankly alarming rate. Each one having a bold "P" plastered on them in white. Upon touching any of them, they'd POP instantly, with Ralsei's body beginning to balloon up not long after!~ His sweater ripping apart within seconds, he'd begin to panic, popping more balloons as he'd attempt to make his way out of the castle! He wouldn't get far, being rendered immobile by the time he reached the courtyard, as balloons started pouring out like a liquid, his body swelling at an even faster rate from touching so many at once! It was almost like they were homing in on him!

By the time Susie & Noelle had come to check up on him, they had come just in time to watch his features blow up!
"SUUUUUUSIEEEEEEE!!!!~ HEEELLLLLLLLP!!!!!!"
Ralsei bellowed in a rapidly deepening voice just as his body was going full ubersphere, his eyes BLOWING up to massive size, his nostrils becoming massive gaping craters for balloons to fly straight into to pack him even TIGHTER, as his horns and ears BLEW UP to gigantic size, he was already almost as big as the castle, and showed no signs of stopping!! The two Lightners barely had time to react before the swarm started floating towards them~

....
*Hours later...~*
"Shoooooooo tightttttt!!!"
"Mmhhh...dahm...Ih feel like ahm gonna PAWP..."
*Noelle & Susie moaned out, now roughly double the size of the castle, they had been reduced to balloons themselves, aimlessly floating through the air as their bodies creaked and groaned loudly, rumbling all over, their limbs and any other identifying features were thoroughly gone, with the only ones left being their massive eyes...they felt fit to burst...but they were small fry compared to Ralsei~

"Mmmhhhhhhhhfffhh~ Mmhhrhhh Mmuurrr~"
What sounded like nothing but muffled nonsense on the outside...~
(Mmmmm!!~ Give me more!!~)
...Was actually the groans of a dark goat who, whether by realizing how wonderful this felt, or simply from his brain finally blowing up, had changed his mind about this whole ordeal~

He had gone from scared and confused to relaxed and proud, with a desire to keep on swelling, something which he certainly was still doing~

His body was completely airtight, his body stuffed entirely with P-Balloons, and his ears long since becoming too tight to pass any air through, he was DENSELY PACKED, and it showed. His hide was unfathomably smooth and tight, groaning like stretched latex at the slightest contact and feeling like an overinflated basketball, yet it felt incredibly comfortable, both for others and for himself~ He was so overwhelmingly blown up that NO feature of his body was safe, as even his irises and pupils had inflated, becoming bulging spheres on top of his already enormous eyes~ Everything about this felt incredible, felt heavenly, felt like his body was constantly seconds away from exploding into billions of tiny rubbery scraps, and yet he didn't, he likely never would~ He'd just keep growing and growing, until everything was under his balloony rule~

He was no prince, he was a king, a king of tautness and helium, and one whose throne and kingdom was endless~
