My 2nd attempt at making a burger from sausage meat which turned out more successful than my previous attempt which resulted in pork tacos instead of burgers.
Ingredients:
2 pork sausages (decased)
1/2packet ranch dressing
1 finely chopped scotch bonnet
1/2 Finely chopped banana pepper
4 strips cooked bacon
1 onion round
2tbsp crispy onion/shallot
1 slice white cheddar
Recipe:
1-preheat flatiron grill to hot (test with water and if it dances it’s ready)
2-prep meat and spices then mix together and form patties with gloved hands in a bowl (wash your hands after this!)
3-cook burgers until both sides are cooked well-done and there’s little-to-no pink in the middle
4-add favourite toppings with cheese+bacon+onion onto your bun, then add your cooked burger
5-plate and enjoy!
