Rubber Rocket TF: Togepi/Giovanni gift art
Drew up a new rubber rocket tf; this time, it's a gift art for Buckydeerling
https://www.furaffinity.net/user/buckydeerling/ , and unlike my prev rubber rocket pokemon, this one is VERY much full of unpleasant intentions, given that it's a transformed Giovanni, the original Team Rocket boss, confined by the new Rubber Rocket Mewtwo boss into the tiny, supposedly helpless form of a Togepi, but still fully away of who he is/was, as per Bucky's storyline https://www.furaffinity.net/view/51193150/ . Messed up a bit on some of the colouring, but other than that, came out pretty good.
Though he's usually confined to a staff-like prison, at some point when the Rubber Mewtwo boss finally drops his constant watch, the Togepi/Giovanni at some point unintentionally uses his power to momentarily escape his prison, and the first thing he does is find a pokedex to learn all about the Togepi form he's been fashioned into. As soon as he obtains all the knowledge he needs, he quickly goes back to his prison before his captor realizes anything is wrong, only now, he's full of malicious thoughts as to all the suffering he plans to visit on Rubber Mewtwo and all the subordinates that he stole from him...

I absolutely love the level of detail in both Giovanni Togepi and the Pokédex he’s holding, and that if you look closely enough, you can see his barcode atop his head behind his little head crown.
I do feel you also did a great job of capturing his personality here, he would totally use any opportunity that he could escape from Fuji M3W2 to find out any useful information on what Togepis can do, and how he could use it in his favor, eventually taking back his team.
