When you’re got leftover dumplings on hand and some ramen on your hands, the best course of action is to combine the two into one delicious new whole of a meal!
(Warning to anyone with peanut allergies for this recipe)
Ingredients:
1 pack of personal serving ramen
8 leftover dumplings (pre-cooked)
1/4cup peanut butter
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp tandoori sauce
1tbsp chilli powder
Recipe:
1-boil water and cook noodles in a hot pan until limp and soft
2-place noodles into a bowl then drain water from pan
3-add 1tsp oil to pan and fry noodles with soy sauce, then add PB and other sauces/spices and toss to combine
4-once noodles are cooked, place noodles back into your bowl and reheat dumplings in the pan until warm then plate on top of noodles
5-enjoy!
PS: you can skip the PB and use another non-nut based peanut butter substitute like sunflower butter or soybean paste
