So I’ve been watching some videos of Hoops and Yoyo lately since I kept getting videos recommended to me about it, and honestly I’ve sort of been getting into it, though not obsessed over it or anything, so I decided to draw the 2 since fanart exists of them as well. I’m guessing these characters were quite obscure for a while, at least for me since I haven’t heard of them until this year. They were mainly part of Hallmark for quite a long while, mainly starring in eCards but also on physical cards and merchandise as well. I really liked the cute and simplistic art style, and wanted to try them in my style with some quirks but still wanted to keep the simplistic style at the same time. I might draw them more often in the future maybe, but I had fun drawing them for the first time regardless.
