There's nothing like a late-night diner coffee. Or a morning diner tea?
I'm offering a one-off animated YCH! This is the only one of these (of this animation/background) I plan to make.

Open for any characters, gender, species, etc. Outfit can be anything within the realm of long or short shirts/coats and pants.
You can pick what's outside the window, time of day, lighting, season, etc.
