(We're on Day 13, and how fitting that this day happens to be Friday the 13th. For this AU is one based on the horror genre you'd get in media, more commonly films and games. You may be lucky or unlucky to bare witness to this. But for real. Anyone who is squeamish to horror, please look away.)

Deep within the world of terror and horror, two humans were exploring a zone looking for 8 tapes. Tapes that... different parts of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer? Yeah, we need to go back a bit.

The two humans were friends named Ben and Taylor who were brought into the nightmare world some time ago, for a crime they don't remember comitting by a mysterious entity only known as The Grief.

Everyday, the nightmarish entity would challenge the two of them to strange and twisted puzzles to solve, to setting dangerous creatures/monsters or even serial killers in conjured locations for the two of them to run away from the monsters and murderers in order for them to ultimately earn their freedom! All the while, seeing the fear upon their faces as they struggle to survive!

Both humans weren't alone though. As they managed to make allies along the way... Yet there were always chances of them dying. In fact, they lost them as they played along with The Grief's games. Yet 3 allies they made managed to survive with them all the way so far.

Glamrock Freddy, who was spared corruption thanks to a life-saving glitch he experienced that caused him to retain freewill and choose to protect Ben and Taylor. Rambley the Raccoon, who was literally pulled from a moniter into the real world by Ben with some help from Taylor. Even if Rambley was a little glitchy now and then. And lastly Dogday, who was originally just half of himself. At least until Taylor found his bottom half, and stitched it back to the big dog's body. Before freeing him, and letting him ally himself with the 2 humans in gratitude for the kind gesture. All 3 of them managed to survive and endure the game so far with Ben and Taylor.

Cut to now, and today's task by The Grief was to... Collect 8 tapes which contained different parts of Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer. Despite the strange task, everyone's guards were up in case they had to find the tapes while keeping an eye out for potential pursuers. Yet when they actually got to dealing with the task... Surprisingly, it was quite easy. Especially since there was absolutely nothing chasing them.

Because of that, today's round pretty much was easily accomplished once Taylor found and played the 8th and last tape which contained the last part of the Christmas song. Yet Ben couldn't help but notice a bright star in the sky, which wasn't part of The Grief's game at all. But did provide a little comforting presence, even if nobody knew why it was truly there.

Since the task was done, everybody could relax and celebrate a little. Especially with Glamrock Freddy and Dogday wearing Santa hats on their heads. But they also felt a little dread since the next day could most likely be the same kind of stuff from before... Let's hope they manage to endure the sick game a little longer.
