So the whole gag with T&B is that they're like, meant to be a goofy ass inverse 2009 basic observation joke that "WHAT IF THE MARIO BROTHERS WERE ACTUALLY PLUMBERS!!!!!!!!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!??!" So they're just literally wearing like, Blue and Orange so they're liek the 3ario kinda deal. I hope this helped
