KEI has until yet been kept under 200% for safety, as 200% is the generally accepted point where KEI spills over into overclock territory; the structural load on R04 causes core levels of expressed intelligence and communicative ability to be compromised, and makes it such that the form cannot be sustained stably indefinitely.
It's possible for KEI isomers to incorporate additional R01 (blurple, structural reagent) into musculature for heavy duty tasks; such forms typically manifest as KEI ♂ isomers whereas KEI ♀ as depicted here has incorporated additional R02 (cloudgrey, metabolic reagent) for augmented beam capacity. Despite this possibility, this specific instance of KEI appears to prefer taking on the ♀ isomer form.
It depends on kei's mood, really! Femkei typically hovers around 120% - 140% for most everyday purposes, but every now and then it's quite enjoyable to spend some time hefting around 160% - 180% proportions.... really, it might be better to frame kei as being more comfortable as KEI ♀ in general.
