A sweet twist of a recipe for those looking to use up leftover beef and shrimp in a unique way!
(Not recommended for those with seafood allergies)
Ingredients:
For burrito filling:
2 naan flatbreads
6 leftover bbq ribs (sliced meat)
6 leftover cooked shrimp (sliced)
4 grilled bell peppers (sliced)
1tbsp rib rub
1tbsp hot bbq sauce
1 dozen jalapeño slices
1 handful of shredded cheese (for each burrito)
For Guac:
2 ripe avocados
1 finely diced onion
2 finely sliced green onion
2tsp ground pepper
Recipe:
1-make guac and spread out on naan’s, then
2-debone meat+cut up shrimp and peppers and cook in a hot pan while mixing in sauce and spices
3-add meats+veggies then top with cheese and roll into burrito shape
4-grill each side on a hot flatiron grill until both sides are golden brown
5-slice and enjoy with salsa+sour cream and chips!
