Ash was never really comfortable in public spaces, especially when he's crammed shoulder to shoulder with men much bigger than him in a small space. It's all overwhelming for the little wolf, not to mention the combined smell of strangers, some of whom don't seem to have cleaned themselves in quite some time. He's always reminded of how small and meek he is for a member of his species when he has to go out in public. Hell, the fox snoozing next to him probably stands at least a few inches higher than him. This certainly wasn't Ash's first pick for transportation, but it was the cheapest option he could afford.
Ash distracts himself with thoughts of what he's going to do when he gets to his destination, until something catches his eye. A Lynx's big bare paw is crossed over his leg, shamelessly displaying pads coated with a layering of dust. Another reason Ash hates being in confined public spaces with men bigger than him...his own libido. Ash blushes and looks away, suddenly nervous someone noticed him staring, as well as the growing bulge in his pants. How much longer until his stop?
