Chishi, codename N-PV3, is a blue and gold common protogen with a long fluffy tail. His cybernetic implants, are golden, and his face is covered by a rounded visor with blue featues. Like all protogens, Chishi's arms, legs, and tail are modular and detachable. The symbol on his cheek, shoulder, and hip screens is a stylised "N⁺". Chishi's arcai form is called Delta-Plus.

Chishi is often curious and positive, though he is often a sour puss when unhappy. He is also way more independent and willing to take charge than his twin sibling Chūshi.

The Nucleon Twins are based on  terryibuki-san's protogen Denshi, whose name, incidentally, means "electron" (电子) in Japanese.
