At night these slimes come out to hang out with each other and gather food before returning to their home. The body is made up of a toxic kind of slime that detrers most predators for the only ones that hunt them are bugs with fireflies of their region being the most notable. Their body releases a glow that is similar to blacklight. They need to change up before they can release that glow which requires light with the sun being its number one way of getting it. If a blacklight is use it can attract them for it is believed they think it’s another one of them. (I used a blacklight for this)
