I saw the movie Flow in January with my family and I said at the time, "This is so good, it should win an Oscar." And it really did! :D
I was so anxious during the whole screening, and so were my kids. I didn't expect it to be this intense.
But in the end, I realized that it's just a metaphor for life. That we shouldn't be afraid to live - and die - with the ones we love. Don't be afraid to get the people around you a little closer, open up and don't run away...
Real connection with others is the only thing that has a real value to me in this world.
I'm just a little teary when I think about that movie again. So I just had to paint something. It means a lot to me. ♥

That was such a beautiful film. I like the message that you were able to pull from it. I can definitely see that as a message built in. The ending and the “sudden event that initiates the adventure” (to not give spoilers) kinda gave me more of a - the way we’re connected in this world means that where one thrives, another fails, mad vice-versa.
