Hmmm...I'm torn between Braixen and Brionne.

Though in Braixen's case, since the dress is made of fur it can be styled and/or trimmed...or you could just wear an even bigger, fancier dress over-top of it. Also...built-in tights...which you could ALSO wear silkier, lighter-colour tights over-top of. :3

I like sylveons a lot, so I would love to see you as one. :3
But if I choose some from your suggestions... Purrloin is very simillar to your OC, fits your style well, but that wouldn´t be interesting. About Braxien... I just don´t feel it. Vaporeon is just Vaporeon. (why..)
Absol and Manectric are the ones I would go with. I believe absol would give you an important, elegant look. That would go well with you, but I agree, the sharp features are a big commit. Manectric is a very interesting choice, just... I don´t like the shape of the head... That´s all.
If you were put a weapon at my head, I guess would choose Absol. Afterall, you can remove the... sickle, or change it in some way!
