Bio:

Richard Smith started his life as a fortuneteller. Under the Alias "Svengali" who calmed to have came from a ancient line of fortunetellers. But is actually a wealthy but greedy dapper bear who was cut off from his fortune due to gambling. Even this bear was formally called The “Coin Caper” or “Token Tyrant” as using loose change as hogging all the coins to gamble in hopes for success. Who he usually lost.

When it comes to telling peoples fortunes, he dominates and manipulates and controls the fates of others who don’t fallow his commands. Using their fortunes against them with no remorse, empathy, or even emotional control to get a response. Mostly targets the destitute, the unfortunate, and overall troublesome people who are easily controlled like "puppets". Filling their minds with malicious fearful fates as making a deal with as not having those fates upon them. Usually benefiting him in terms of favors. And stopping at nothing to get what he wants from his clients, rather it be for extra money or foods usually. Yet most heard work of his tricks and manipulative skills, thus struggling as a swindling soothsayer.

Yet when he found out of using a book of magical forbidden black magic. He use a "puppeteering spell" to persuade others to have direct control over them as like a puppet master! All to connect to the person with just a paw pat to the head, and the victims will be under his command. Using his “meat servants” to do crimes for him or even various other things so he wont raise a paw! Along with making shady deals for those who want free from his power. Only to turn the tables right at the last minute as being slaves to serve him. If they defy him, he could make them “disappear” by the bear’s unless hunger. Fulfilling a greater use for being as part of him as his body fat.


Personality:

Richard/Svengali is highly noted to be a controlling, long tempered, neurotic stalker like bear in controlling his victims and people around him. He also has a habit of lying to himself off being an egoistical god like magic user, and if anyone challenges delusions in regards to his skills, he can get jealous, selfish and even treacherous for those who defy his authority. Who is wanting to be in a relationship with Magnolia, yet this is a 100% toxic need. In his mind , he thinks she’s his property with no consent needed, a “pleasure object” rather than a being with thoughts, feelings and emotions. Thus makes excuses for this manipulative amorous behavior around the badger woman. Seeing only surface level reasons and her mass, referring to her as a “highland panda”. Much to Magnolias annoyance as the bear disregards for her personal space and as a prize then anything else. Even trying to control or even kidnap her for not loving him enough.

Powers:

Sven uses a complex use of black magic mind control skills. Hijacking a “tick” in the brain’s defenses to manipulate in an a parasitic like extreme to control the souls of his victims. As if they are like his playthings. As the victim is under his control, they are aware of their surroundings, but unable to control their bodies. All it takes is to convince you, and simply makes do his orders under his command. Like a wireless signal from his handpaws to the users mind after a hard touch of his black magic soaked handsaws. With his strength as control, but not heavily depending on others. As he can hold his own against his enemies. He’s too much of a fat greedy bear to realize that. In terms of fighting, he uses 60% weight, and 40% hand to hand combat, once he gets going. Making him a heavy, but VERY much an inconsistent fighter.

In other words, what best described Richard a.k.a. Svengali is overall a narcissist in a gentalemen mask. A puppeteer seeing people as power, rather than true compassion towards others. A monster who made himself.
