Despite all his wisdom, Clay still doesn't seem to realize he's talking to a brick wall 🤦♀️

It's not about him being too cheerful; be as happy as you want and Caspar definitely has a bit of a bad attitude, but there is such a thing as having too much energy for some people. It's not necessarily a fault- it's just something some people need to reign in and realise their extroverted personality can be draining. Just like how someone being too introverted can sometimes suck the life outta the room.
Me saying Junip just needs to chill a little is exactly what it looks like... just chill- and it applies to Casper, too. Like I said, compromise. Communicate.
I have a co-worker like Junip who talks my ear off when I'm just trying to work so I know exactly how annoying it can be when it doesn't mesh with your own energy...
I wouldn't say he's being a bully right now, though. Bitching and moaning, yeah, but other than his outburst in the shop, it doesn't seem like he has directly hurt Junip. The dude does need to take the advice on board, though.

Agreed, some very extroverted people can’t/don’t read the room and realize when their energy is too much for someone which can unintentionally come off as rudeness. Extroverted people do have a great ability to help introverted people though. One extrovert friend comes to mind, he always introduces me to people he already knows and includes me, he does a lot of the heavy lifting socially because he can make friends with anyone whereas I struggle to make friends easily. I’m hoping somewhere in this story something like that will happen between them.
I came back to edit my comment, because you're exactly right, Junip isn't malicious but he isn't giving Casper the space to be comfortable at work, while he seems quite comfortable; Casper is bearing all the strain from their personality clash.
My own initial comment shows, Casper's probably seen as the bad guy when he really just needs his own pensive nature to be valued equally to Junip's sunny one.
Clay is right here -Casper needs to step outside his veiw of things, so does Junip, and so did I.

Well, honestly, you could go "Hey, a little too much energy; could we tone it down a notch?"
Failing that, just being up-front about what's being annoying. Which, at this point, is Caspar's kinda closet-y behavior outside the club coming up against someone that is so hyper-happy-bubbly that it is driving him crazy. And I get that; you don't have to be grumpy to be overwhelmed by bubbliness and bounciness.
Junip doesn't have to be a different person, just needs to acknowledge that there are times when that bubbliness isn't what some people vibe with. But Caspar also has to, well, say that in a way that admits that this is a thing for him, not something that's wrong with Junip.

some truth, but as an introvert who has dealt with coworkers who mindlessly talked my ear off when I was simply trying to work with zero respite, an extroverted personality left unchecked can suck the life out of an introverted person exactly as much as the former. Both characters have their flaws, but neither is completely innocent in their actions in the workplace. Junip is a sweetheart but was depicted as being quite overbearing in the scenario where Casper snapped.
Casper for his part is almost conspiratorial and vindictive in his attitude towards Juniper. He's imaging some nemesis plot that more or less just antagonizes the situation instead of being productive.
Both characters need to compromise, introversion isn't a character flaw it's a personality type.
