I made my own design of Spyro as if he appeared in his own Anime series. For this design, I took some inspiration from Dragon Ball, the Sonic the Hedgehog OVA Anime from 1996, and even Spyro's other designs that were made to appeal to Japan. I wanted this style to be accurate to how Japan makes their cartoon while also making Spyro's design feel like Spyro at the same time. I did have a bit of trouble with some of the expressions though as I am not good with Anime art styles. I also made his design a bit more cutsey and seem a little more friendly as the Japanese advertisements intended, while also keeping his personality faithful to the source material. I'd love to see an anime adaptation based on Spyro someday and if it were to happen, this is how I imagine it would look.
