Heart or formally known as Amara " Sugarskull " Corazon, is one of the very first and longest member of the Deadly Deck of Four who keeps the group together from falling apart from their misery of being Charmelle's slaves and assassins.

Amara Corazon grew up in a big family household a well loved family by their community of a small town called Dustdevil Town, and they are known for their candy recipes Amara was no exception, for she was both the sweetest and toughest Corazon there was. She is known to make her famous sugarskull candies, getting the nickname " Sugarskull. " Amara was also known as a bullfighter who has taken on many bulls without losing a single fight. Unlike other bull fighters, she never killed any bulls at all, for she dearly loved them. Instead, she would shave a bull's head with her sword to mark as victory. One day, there was a man she fell in love at first sight, and he was the most handsomest nobleman, his name being Neel Coldblood. Amara wanted his hand in marriage so she would do anything to gain his affections, so she held a big event in the arena to face against the most fearsome and monstrous bull to defeat in means of impressing Neel. Amara begins the fight as she tricks the big bull into running into walls with her red cape, and she does a lot of show boating to look great in front of her crush. Amara manages to knock out the bull as she leads it to another wall, then shaved it's head. The crowd goes wild, and Neel Coldblood was most impressed as he tossed a red rose to her.

Amara was very proud and deeply infatuated by Neel's romantic gesture that she had failed to notice that the bull had woken up quicker than she anticipated, then the bull came at her like a freight train and ram it's very large horn right through her. Amara died in an instance, and her body was buried under a bed of roses with a head stone that had her name on it. Amara awoken up in what seemed to be limbo, and a figure that stood before her was a woman. She didn't understand what had happened until she saw that there was a huge bloody hole in her chest where there was no heart in it. The woman explained that she had an unfortunate death, and she was willing to help Amara, for she would give her a new heart that would bring her back to the land of the living if she agreed to give the woman something in return.

Left with no other options and desperate to live again, Amara agreed then signed her name on a contract the woman had presented, and soon she would receive the Eternal Golden Heart. She awakened in her coffin, then with her new powers by blowing through the coffin and ground with a barrage of flames. She ran through the town and towards Neel Coldblood's home to see him. The moment the nobleman answered the door, he was horrified to see Amara as a living skeleton for her flesh, which melted off from her new powers. She was chased out from her home by scared and angry mobs that thought of her as a monster and out to the cold, dark night, feeling completely heartbroken. Soon, the woman who has given her the golden heart came to her then revealed to be a blue fiery demoness named Charmelle who now owns Amara's very soul. Amara had no choice but to come with Charmelle down to Hell, donned a heart themed clothing, and given the name of " Heart " as she became one of Charmelle's first assassins.

Heart served Charmelle for the last 30 years of doing dirty work for her, and new members are soon to follow to form a group that is named " The Deadly Deck of Four. " She didn't feel so alone anymore and often held the group together by keeping their spirits up, understanding that each of them were tricked into Charmelle's deals. One member she felt close to was Spade, her true name being Cecilia Gloom. Heart does everything she could help Spade through the first two years of serving Charmelle, and even taking the blame for them to take on Charmelle's abuse most of the time. Clubs, named Lillian Cloves, is another person she is closer to, and both have known each other for years since Clubs is the second member of the group. Diamond, named Diana Terraince, is the 3rd member of the group, where Heart speaks on her behalf, for she is a woman of few words. One day, Charmelle would call upon the Deadly Deck of Four to capture a red guy named Anton for she wanting to use his redness as blackmail to get Satan to give up his throne, which the demoness seeks to rule Hell itself for she believed to be an more fitting ruler than him.

Heart was the very first member to go after Anton and to pull him into a huge arena where a skeletal crowd are in the stands as they cheer for Heart, who was on a skeletal horse then jumping off as she draws her sword then taunted Anton to fight by motioning him to come closer while giving him an wink. In the first phase of the boss, Heart begins to charge at Anton with her sword and turnaround to repeat again until she slams into a wall where the sword gets stuck in it and she struggles to pull it out, giving an opening for Anton to attack. When Heart gets hit, she jumps back into the background and lets out a whistle where a barrage of skeletal bulls stampede through the stage, Anton has to jump and parry the bulls with his hammer until finally there were no more. Heart would conjure flaming heart-shaped projectiles that must be avoided, and the cheering skeleton crowd throw their detached heads at Anton where he can smash them. Her other attack is that she brings out her guitar to play it, and skeletal musical notes come out from her then at Anton for him to avoid.

When Heart is down to her last health hitpoint, she takes off her hat as if bowing down to Anton, but her head becomes ablaze with a golden fire, her mask burned up and her golden heart glowing very brightly. A ring of fire surrounded both Heart and Anton, then released an onslaught of attacks onto him as she jumped from side to side on the stage. She shoots out heart-shaped fireballs into the sky and rains down on Anton, where he has to avoid them. Heart can breathe out pink fire beam that Anton has to duck under from getting scorched alive and avoid pink ghosts that throw spiked roses at him. Anton couldn't land a hit on her because of her fiery state, but then, a bucket of water tied to a rope comes in view from above, and he must hit it so the water can dump onto Heart. Once Anton was able to successfully dump water onto her and extinguish her fiery state that left her vulnerable, Anton swung his Hammer on Heart and knocked her out of the stage.

After Heart failed to defeat Anton, Charmelle threw her into the dungeon in her own cell for failing her. Soon followed Clubs and Diamond that went down into the dungeon for they too failed to defeat Anton, and Heart expected Spade to join them until something crashed down into the dungeon that caused Heart's and the other's cell doors to be damaged by the crash. They got out of their cells to see Spade and Anton standing over Charmelle, who was beaten up and bloodied from the fight they had, ending in victory for the blue and red duo. As all of the four members of the Deadly Deck of Four towered over the demoness, she tried to pathetically plead and reason with them. The group instead beat Charmelle to a bloody pulp, further weakening her as Madame Crystal comes to their aid as she used a magical artifact that is called " The Enchanted Lantern," where it is used to trap the demoness within it where she is stripped of her powers and the very contracts that were tied to Heart, along with the others to be disintegrated. With their very souls freed, Heart expressed much gratitude to Anton and Cecilia.

After temporary resting and Anton destroying Hell, Amara decided to head back to her own hometown in hopes of reconnecting with her family even if the chances were rather slim. Much to her surprise, the whole town and her family welcomed her back, for they recognized her and have deeply missed her. Amara became the town's hero as she defended her home and given her famous sweets to the townsfolk that dearly missed it. Amara then became a family historian of the Corazon family, for she knew most of their history and tales that she tells to her great nieces or nephews to know about Corazon's history. Amara would find love again, and it was Lillian, who was previously Clubs. They still kept in touch and how they became romantic partners as a result being the power couple that would do anything to protect their families.
