Belladonna Ramen was established 30 years ago in Jetts' neighborhood. They have since become a cornerstone restaurant for the block, often collaborating with surrounding business owners to organize and promote street fairs and festivals. Jett first discovered them shortly after moving and getting his job at the Mind's Desire, as his boss often provided alcohol and bar service to the events.

Gin, the Night Chef, hand makes the Udon noodles himself, as he has done for 30 years. According to a drunk, hungry Rottweiler, you eat them once and you'll never be the same again.
