Another commission of the Berrydragon, this time from featuring  loquaciousjango's Shade, and illustrated by  roundwombo, who's work I adore and was gracious enough to take my request.

Being a mysterious creature that can manipulate logic and space at its leisure, the Shade often finds humor in finding and warping the reality of hapless mortals like poor 92. Despite having already transformed into a permaberry, the once human 92's indignant and rude disposition was clear to read. She seemed desperate to return to boring old humanity, but where's the fun in that? And besides, there's so much potential in this snarky spitfire of a fruit. What better way to compliment that fire than by bringing out the scaly reptile that her spirit seems to so similarly resemble?

...And so here we are. Through Monkey's Paw-style shenanigans involving elixirs that bring out "one's true self", 92 has achieved just that. Not only becoming a violently violet vaccinium, but also an immensely dense dragon to boot! In a strange world with an even stranger form, 92 barely has time to react before she's descended upon by the sneaky Shade. Spotting the ideal waterbed in that titanic juice-filled belly, the Shade wastes no time in teasing the ripe reptile, who can only wobble and squirm as she's pinned by her own brew. Nestled amongst a pasture of blueberry bushes, there couldn't be a more ideal hoard for this dragonberry to rule, regardless of whether she wants to or not.
