The Universe 13 (第13宇宙 Dai-jūsan Uchū) is the thirteenth of the eighteen universes in the Dragon Ball series. It includes planets, stars, and a large number of galaxies. It is one of the six universes that was erased by Zeno when he was angry. Also known for being home to a more evil Saiyan race that conquered its own planet. It can also refer to a science fiction anthology book or specific scientific discoveries related to distant galaxies.

History
In Multiverse Adventure Crossover/Universe Adventure Crossover, and the Transformers: Universe, the Universe 13 only possesses 28 planets inhabited by mortals, which is mostly due to the massive number of genocides caused by Frieza, Majin Buu, and the Saiyan Army, leading to the extinction of the Tuffles, Arlians, and numerous other races. Someone carrying the Plague of Cosmic Rust came through the space bridge and caused an outbreak on Velocitron. Bumblebee and Hot Rod barely managed to escape, while Blurr and the rest of the planet were consumed and disintegrated.
The Decepticons invaded Paradron and the Autobots attacked, but found it impossible to retake the planet. Rather than risk such an energy-rich planet falling into the hands of the Decepticons, the planet was evacuated and Ultra Magnus detonated its energon core, destroying it.
The survivors of Paradron were relocated to Cybertron. A memorial for Velocitron and Paradron are later erected on Cybertron.
Gobotron was but a space station autonomously run by the Go-Bots. After the Go-Bots, led by Leader-1 conquered Earth, they expanded Gobotron into a massive artificial planet that was built around the organic world. Under Leader-1's guidance, the Go-Bots built their world into mechanical duplicate of human society with the remains of Earth becoming known as the "Heart of Gobotron". All was not perfect on this world for threat both political, such as the Trade Federation's disputes, or existential, like the monstrous Zod, threatened Go-Bot society.
Having been off-world during the uprising, Spay-C returned home with four human astronauts who eventually breached the inner sanctum and found Turbo and Scooter who had elected to remain on Earth with what remained of humanity.
Also, since in 100 years after the Mars and Venus was been terraformed, colonies established includes Earth's Moon, Mars, and Venus by humans for their natural resources, but have it, demanded independence from Earth, to no avail, the First and Second Inner Planetary Wars. Also the Great War of the Darkness, fear, silence and darkness.
During the Great War of Darkness, was an intergalactic conflict between the United Nations of Space Force and the expanding Dark Order of the Twelve. DOotT forces dominated their adversaries for most of the war with superior technology and available military resources, and pushed Earth and the Earthlings toward extinction. With the covert intervention of the Hindaelian civilization, humanity was able to fight back and eventually bring an end to the war.
When also, the Great Campaign of War was a conflict fought between 2101 and 2102 by the Government Federation of Planets, Toppat Clan, Cyborgs, Autobots, Galactic Forces of Sol and Dark Order of the Twelve against the expanding Cyborg Collective. The war was officially declared by the Earth Federation as the Cyborg forces and his Planet Smasher approached Saturn on the 9th of May 2101, however, the hostilities had already begun in late 2101 with the Cyborg Invasion of the 11th planet and the subsequent engagements between the empire and the United Nations of Space Force ships during the ship's journey towards Lebinus. Also The Darkness, The Eliminators, and The Destructinator will be return.
During the Great War, the Decepticons disintegrated Saturn and its rings with the Planet Smasher. Saturn is no longer a gas giant. The remains of Saturn's system is now a gaseous field that has become known as the "Sea of Torment", however some moons of Saturn still remain such as Titan. The remnants of the planet's core form a magnetic field that extends until around Titan's orbit.
Megatron killed Optimus Prime and was transformed into Galvatron by the power of Unicron, though both of these were later reversed. Starscream constantly schemed to claim leadership from Megatron, though he never succeeded. Having harnessed the plasma energy released when the Transformers' homeworld of Cybertron was destroyed, Decepticon Headmaster leader Scorponok sought to generate and collect more of the energy to fuel his ambitions. To accomplish this, Scorponok plotted the destruction of Mars, and ordered the Terrorcons to plant plasma energy bombs beneath the surface of the planet Mars at strategic points which would, when detonated, rip the planet apart. The Decepticons' activities were discovered by Spike, Daniel, Wheelie, and the Trainbots, who were on Mars conducting a geological survey at the time. The Autobot Headmasters were called in to deal with the threat, but during the battle that ensued, Fortress Maximus was de-powered by a plasma energy blast.
Scorponok took the opportunity to activate his newly constructed Transtector and travel to Mars where he pummeled Maximus before ordering the planet's destruction. Two clusters of bombs placed at the Martian planetary poles were detonated simultaneously by Soundblaster, beginning a chain reaction that started to tear Mars apart. Scorponok and the Decepticons evacuated while the Autobots were consumed by the inferno, but Fortress Maximus was able to absorb some of the energy released in the early stages of the conflagration and made his escape as Mars exploded. Fortress declared that, among many other tasks that lay ahead, he and the Autobots would work to restore the destroyed planet Mars back to its former glory.

Mira attacks New Namek in Age 851 and eventually destroys it with a Spirit Bomb. Thus, the Namekian refugees lead by Grand Elder Moori are forced to relocate to Dragon World (Known as Earth II or Universe 7 Earth), where they remain.
Coming to the dire realization that the war against the Decepticons had become a never-ending arms race, Optimus Prime challenged Megatron to single-combat, with their troops acting as witnesses to their terrible and final clash. Windblade decided that the Autobots had to destroy Vector Sigma to stop Megatron from using it. Wheeljack snuck in and sprayed the supercomputer with unspace goo and the unspace matter took effect and destroyed Vector Sigma, undoing any chance of Megatron creating his perfect army. With Vector Sigma destroyed, Megatron ordered Shockwave to destroy the AllSpark, the scientist extracting his own spark and having it corrupt the AllSpark, forcing Optimus to use a vessel forged by Alpha Trion and contain the AllSpark's pure energy. The battle between both faction leaders ended with Megatron beaten down and goading Optimus into delivering the kill shot. Prime refused to kill him however.
Following the Great War's conclusion, Optimus Prime later found himself a wanderer, no longer leader of the Autobot forces. While traveling through Cybertron's barren wastes, he reminisced on his pivotal duel against his archenemy. Megatron was abandoned by his Decepticon troops and ended up isolating himself, preferring to be left alone. As the Combiner Wars rage, Caminus collapses to rubble, and Windblade, former Cityspeaker for the Titans, has had enough. With the planet's leader, the Mistress of Flame, having absconded to Cybertron and a council position, Windblade is no longer content to simply do her job and wait for diplomacy to win out–she is going to end the Combiner Wars herself before her planet suffers any more. Each and every Combiner will die at her hand, and she will avenge her people.
The planet Antilla was reveled to be Unicron, who awoke and began his assault on Cybertron's colonies, prompting Arcee, who had participated in the original war for the planet, and Shockwave, his role as "Onyx Prime" unmasked, to reveal the Chaos Bringer's connection to the initial Antillan war. Unicron destroyed Cybertron by tearing it apart, unleashing a burst of energy that ripped the planet in half. In the final attack on Unicron, Optimus and the Talisman were both swallowed by the black hole that now rested in the monster's core, both emerging in infraspace where Optimus was confronted by the spectre of Unicron's creator. Once Optimus had convinced the Antillan of his desire to atone for the Thirteen's sins, the scientist allowed himself and his creation to die, the black hole consuming Unicron. Now shrunken to a much smaller size, the black hole remained in orbit around Earth, serving as a dark twin to the Sun.
After the intervention of Team Rodimus cost the Council Luna 2, the Council turned Cybertron itself into their instrument of destruction, outfitting it with a set of planetary engines and using the Warren to travel from world to world. The planet's lack of mobility proved a hindrance, prompting the Council to reengineer the planet so that it possessed a robot mode, cast in the likeness of the mythological Primus. With this new avatar, the Functionists were able to breach realities, and crossed over from their home reality to make war against the primary timeline—an event briefly glimpsed by Adaptus, who had himself used the Warren to flee across time and space so as to prepare for the threat. Rationalizing that five Cybertrons, untouched by war, could command exponentially more power, he commissioned a planet-sized mold and created the "God Gun".
Pursued by the dimensionally displaced Megatron and the Anti-Vocationist League back into Megatron's home reality, the Magnificence offered the suggestion to blow up Cybertron, though Megatron overruled it on account of the trillions of innocents still trapped on the planet. The crew soon deduced a way to overload Vector Sigma, preserving Cybertron while killing the Functionists. fter forcing "Primus" back into planet mode, the crew allied with the Architect's forces to stage an invasion of Cybertron, battling Functionaries until they opened twelve duplicate Matrices at each of Cybertron's hot spots, the surge of energy overloading Vector Sigma and vaporizing the Functionists.
With the native Cybertron recently annihilated by Unicron, this world—now stranded in a parallel reality—was eventually christened "New Cybertron" by those who chose to live there. Prowl made the decision to remove the Lost Light's quantum engines to double the universally displaced planet's energon reserves. With most of the Cybertronian population now based on Earth, New Cybertron was largely left to its own devices; in the years to come, the crew of the Lost Light took up residence there, while other inhabitants would include millions of Lunarians spawned from Luna 1's hot spot.
The Gaians achieving a great civilization and they were successful at extracting Angolmois Energy from within the planet Gaia. However, the Angolmois Energy itself came with a cost—if used with evil intention, it becomes a literal evil energy with the capability to destroy the planet and even the universe. Gaia (with Gaea as its core) and the entire solar system was sucked into a wormhole, transporting it to Universe 7. This impromptu interdimensional shift was brought about by the warlike inhabitants of the nefarious Planet X, who had pulled Gaia into Universe 7 so that they could consume the world for its rich energy supplies and raw materials. As the Gaians realized that they all had the potential for evil, they left the planet to save it from possible destruction. They left behind two androids, Artemis and Moon, on the Moon to monitor Gaia in their absence. The Gaians created Electronic Planet B-1 as a testing ground for highly advanced weapons, controlled by the computers RIM and Dylan. A failsafe was initiated, where if the Angolmois Energy on Gaia were to tip towards evil, the ruins on Mars would activate the key-robot to awaken the Mother Computer.
Universe 13's Galaxy Cauldron was taken over by Chaos, main antagonist and overarching antagonist of Sailor Moon series, and Sailor Moon was faced with a choice: destroy Chaos and the Cauldron, thus ending all war but also all life, or preserving both, ensuring that life would go on but that war would as well. Chibi Chibi convinced Sailor Moon that destroying it to end all suffering was the right thing to do, but Sailor Dark Moon told her sister it's a trick. Sailor Moon reluctantly obeys Chibi Chibi against Sailor Dark Moon's protests and destroys the Cauldron and Chaos at the cost of all life.
After the Z Fighters defeat the Shadow Dragons, Shenron appears without being summoned. Shenron then heals Goku and informs him and the other Z-Fighters that he will not be able to grant any wishes for a long time due to everything that has happened involving the Dragon Balls and their negative energy, but Goku asks him if he will grant just one "for old times' sake". He asks Shenron if he can bring everyone killed by Super 17 and the Shadow Dragons back to life. Shenron grants the wish. Shenron asks Goku if he will come along and Goku climbs on Shenron's back, saying goodbye to all of his friends. While flying through beautiful golden clouds, Shenron seals the Dragon Balls inside Goku's body, causing him to disappear. Shenron then lets out one final, mighty roar before vanishing.
After the fate of the Had Regieadon, Reesecandia, Ferdalia, Corelernia, Tarmarnia, Aauoria, Cu'cani, Viscadium, and many planets and entire Stellvar Galaxy was been destroyed by The Darkness, yet also the Alien species of Stellvar galaxy was migrated to planet Earth and later New Earth and other planets in the Milky Way galaxy.
The destruction of Unicron upset the balance of good and evil when Primus's plan to trap Unicron in an Energon Sun, giving off life rather than consuming it, spectacularly backfired. This unbalance caused the Energon sun to collapse into a black hole called the Unicron Singularity which consumed Universe 13 and threatened to destroy Universe 7 and the Multiverse, anyways, heroes of Universe 7, The Government Federation the crossover heroes to ready to stop them. Two planets that entered the Negaverse are Earth and "Functionist Cybertron".
A few years later, some crossover heroes, Princess Matilda (God of Creation), FlutterGirl (God of Creation), Josh [No Last Name] and friends, Reese and Jeremy using a magic wand mixing restoring into the Universe 13, and five other universes back to restored and normal!
