Uploading second is so much harder because I don't think I can top the raw emotion put into Ryu's upload even though FA went down and deleted her entire first emotional word vomit. I had originally commissioned this for Ryu's birthday, but it wasn't going to be done in time so I let her know about it and brought her into the loop. Last night Lin finished this piece, so I sent it off to Ryu with a small heart-felt message not expecting her to see it for potentially weeks. I guess life is full of happy accidents though because she just happened to check-in a couple hours later and I've never felt joy so contagious through text. The timing could not have been better :>

I wanted to get something meaningful to Ryu combining the serene water setting from a YCH that she loved with a touch of her favourite — cherry blossoms.

Even as I type this I glance over to my second monitor and see Ryu set it as her discord banner, so I guess I did alright. <3
