"The next Major Arcana is Strength, a card that represents Inner Power, Compassion and self-confidence, and I decided to go back to the Undertale Reverse AU for this one. When it comes to the Strength card, the artwork on the card usually depicts a lion being tamed, so I drew Asgore in his highly determined Beautiful Beast form, since fun fact- I modeled the form after Kimba the white lion since I wanted there to be a major shift in the story of Undertale Reverse after Asgore took on his stronger form, going from a passive goat man to an active lion beast.

As this card is quick to remind us- some challenges we face must be faced with courage and patience instead of brute force, and this kind of mindset is par for the course when it comes to undertale characters.

One of my main reasons with helping Ben write Undertale reverse is that I wanted Asgore to get some recognition, though that's expanded on in the author's notes for that story. No doubt in my mind was there that Ben Fullheart could tame the gentle giant, for his heart radiated with Strength, and just a bit of Determination."

"There isn't much to say. Other than how ultimately one major difference in the form of a human/monster hybrid changed not only Asgore's fate, but the fate of every monster from the underground. Also no need to worry, there is gentleness in the moment with the two looking at each other. And of course, Undertale Reverse was one of our proudest works to have done for Undertale's 10th anniversary.
