This file is intended to take all human language(s) in one's mind and convert it into that of an animal's "language". In certain instances, this could be the subjects fursona, but in most cases, I just have them picture an animal (with a few stipulations; no fish or insects, since those don't really make "noise") and go with what their subconscious offers first. Basically what this means is that while they retain their memories, their sense of self, and their rationality, they cant speak or think human words anymore; they can only make sounds said animal would make, and they can't think in normal words if, say, they normally have an internal monologue. Sometimes they even exhibit mannerisms or body language pertaining to that animal outside of their "speech".

After being brought out of trance, their state of mind switches between their normal human self and their altered "animal self" whenever I or someone they trust/tell the trigger to either says the word "switch" out loud, accompanied by a clear finger snap, or sends it through text between *asterisks* or italicized. (in most cases I leave the door open for the subject to also trigger it on and off themselves as well). How long this trigger lasts varies from person to person, as well as with how frequently it's utilized.

This file in my opinion is a great first introduction to hypnosis as a whole for someone who's curious about trying it!
