A very good question that we all know will be answered never.

Gotta love too how we're seeing yet again how much Miles has not fuckin' changed as a person.

He's acting this way in front of his actual girlfriend. What was even the point of pairing these two together at this point.

Gratifying SoulKat and everyone who identifies with Miles, let's be real.

I mean, sure but why they gotta do it in the most boring way possible though. At least have Rachael be looking down there with him or acknowledging the joke or something so that we can tell they're on some similar wave length. They always write Miles as a creepy perv when there's a million ways you can have a sex addict that isn't like that.

Because they've been steadily twisting Rachael into a completely different character to facilitate their garbage relationship that shouldn't have even happened and allow Miles to remain the same as ever without consequence and be given his dream girl without having to put in any effort, of course. Hell, a big message has long been that Rachael's high standards were bad and she needed to lower them for the douchebag pursuing her.

It took them a long time, but at least they're finally putting him on the bus. Eventually.

All character problems in this picture aside. (I'll accept it as half canon)
Hopefully Miles bulks up and buffs up in his knighthood journey and goes through character development even though it may be in another of Chalo's offscreen time skips.

I keep noticing that Miles used to be a little buff with his time with Rachel in Chapter 30 page 594 but was visually retconned and he did want to workout to be stronger but that didn't go anywhere.

I want to think that his remaining pervy behavior is a farce or a remnant of his old self and he doesn't actually mean it and deep down he's still more loyal Rachel, but hopefully this trip both humbles him and toughens him up just to make sure it's guaranteed as well as grow some meat on his bones again that stays this time.

I have a thing for buff couples but I also do agree with other critiques that there needs to be more consistent or fleshed out character development. Even though Miles follows the "horny but still loyal when push comes to shove" archetype, here's hoping there's more to add to besides that.

Who else but Miles. XD
