Creamy Garden Frittata (400 kcal) 🍳🥦
Ingredients (Serves 2):
5 Large eggs
100g Leg ham (diced)
1.5 cups Frozen vegetables (thawed or quickly sautéed)
50g Manchego cheese (grated or in small chunks)
3 tbsp Table cream or "Media Crema" (the secret to fluffiness)
Salt, pepper, and a little butter/oil for the baking dish
Instructions (Electric Oven):
Preheat: Set your electric oven to 180°C (350°F).
Base Mixture: In a bowl, whisk the 5 eggs with the cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Filling: Add the ham and vegetables to the mixture. Stir well.
Mold: Grease a small baking dish (one that fits in your oven). Pour in the mixture.
The Final Touch: Sprinkle the Manchego cheese on top.
Baking: Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the center is firm and the cheese is golden brown.
Stove Option (Skillet):
If you prefer not to use the oven, pour everything into a non-stick skillet with a lid. Cook over VERY LOW heat and covered for 10-12 minutes until set.
