It's been 8 months since I begun my Journey of self improvement. It wasn't easy, but I'm still very proud of myself being able to loose 27kg in 6 Months! I've just started going to the gym too. My health is now a slightly more gradual slope battle now going forward. And I still have my amazing friend who drew this to thank for helping me get started properly!
