I can't remember if you'd ever mentioned anything about it, but did you ever plan to give her wings on her back? Most gryphons I've ever seen tend to have them (at least most of the time), but I figured they might have initially been a bit too tricky to rig for her or something.

Either way, I like her, and I look forward to seeing what changes are coming her way in the future.

I didn't want to, because I kinda hate wings, and I really hate them in 3D, they're truly awful to work with. But she does look kinda lacking without them, so... maybe someday she'll get her wings. :P

One thing you could play with is, since she's subby, she got them clipped for *ahem* reasons ~.0. ya know, make it cannon somehow that she is wingless. Then you never have to give them to her!

Overall though, she looks great as is!

Clipped hell, that's amputated, and that's goes WAAAAY beyond being "subby". There's being submissive, really submissive, even deeply submissive, and then there's just straight up mutilation. I mean, body mods and hardware, even on the extreme side like the lizard slaveboy (this guy https://www.furaffinity.net/view/52030324/ ) has, is one thing; he *could* have those removed and be back to normal for the most part. But total amputation is pretty darn permanent and going that far for 'subby' reasons just gives some wrong vibes.

But losing her wings in some sort of accident? Now that's a completely different story.

Bound wings would certainly get rid of the issue of rendering all the feathers. But certainly at some point, there would have to be pieces without them bound. And I think we've having a difference of understanding when it comes to "clipped wings"; I'm working on the fact that "clipped wings' means just trimming the primary flight feathers. But since she doesn't have any wings at all, if you're calling that 'clipped'... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The typical solution I've seen for those who tend to have gryphons that are wingless is to have them be something the gryphon can control. Like how breathing fire for dragons is pretty much magic, gryphons can make their wings appear or disappear at will. This lady simply prefers to go without most of the time.

Undecided! They look nice but wings are just the absolute worst thing to work with in 3D, after maybe cloth sims. :P

Feathered wings are definitely significantly more annoying than bat-style wings. They're both pretty bad though!
