Alright I admit, I didn't put the largest amount of effort into this one. I used this picture as more of a 'play around and experiment' sort of deal. It didn't turn out all that great, but I learned a fair amount from the underlying ideas at least! That's what all this is about anyway.
The brick wall is really what throws all this off I think. The effect would have worked, but I was too lazy to worry about perspective so the brick patterns are sort of all over the place, hahah. I'll have to give that another try sometime and actually break out the big ruler and make it all work properly.
But these are for clothes practice, so... how'd I do there? Also, is this a character from something? If so, what? At first I thought it was just a strange costume, but I think I saw another picture of this fellow later on.
Also, why two pairs of goggles? In case the first pair isn't goggly enough?

You did a good job with the clothing itself. It's a very good facsimile to the photo! I think the watercolor effect might have looked better as a wanted poster rather than a brick wall, but hey, this is what practice is for! Gotta figure out what works and what doesn't. Still a great pic since the pose is so dynamic and awesome :)
I think it has potential to work, I just did a pretty shit job of it this time around. Wait 'till I give it another try before counting it out entirely. The first time around is just to see if it can work at all- the second time is when you actually try to make it happen. First time usually sucks balls pretty hard. x3
