What do you like best about Connecteam?

So far with inplimenting connecteam into our everyday scheduling and team communication we've seen a significant increase in available time... even less headache to find out whose available and not... now no more msg tag or phone tag. I love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

Theres really not too much about connecteam i dont like... maybe how on the app you cant set multiple calendar entries in a group they have to be done individually but on the browers version you can... id like to see multiple date entries on the schedule able to be made and set duration across the days for the work instead of creating them for the individual days one at a time if the job is reocurring unyil complete... you can set it that it continues but it only allows you to put a break in for the evening not stop the days work and commence again the following day... we can only put breaks in for jobs running longer than one day or just enter them in individually Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam covers everything my team needs in order to track their day to day work and considerations.

It's very hard to track holidays, day offs, sick days, and calculdate payroll easily - but Connecteam make it very friendly, accurate, and professional.

It makes the payroll much easier and help to track my employees working time.

The application is super friendly and convinent, and it provides advanced features that are really needed and followed by real-need use cases.

I find most of the features in Connecteam very useful.

For sn SMB - I believe this is a very unique platform that can not be found in other places.

Personally, as a business owner, I really adore your products and feel the value that it brings to me and my company. I can't see myself managing that part of the business without Connecteam.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

- Lack of holidays feature which in those the employees are in a day-off under the law.

- Lack of option to add overtime to the payroll (or to timesheet). The overtime is going by the time the employee press clock in and clock out. However, some employers are providing overtime only with pre-authorization. Meaning that if a person working 8 hours, and the admin allowed him to have 1 additional overtime hour (once or repeatdly by time configuration and rate configuration), even if the employee will work 9:30 hours - the payroll will be calcualted by 9 hours only (1 hour OT).

- Promoting to admin- assigning the permissions by assets - as the list is long and greatly configurable - the dropdown view is really not comfortable to manage. Pop up with alrge window will be much comfortable.

- Roles of permissions can be nice to have.

- In order to keep the history of resigned employees, we archive them, but you still calculate it as "paid user". I believe that a business of 5 employees with 10 resigned should be counted as 5, not 15. Or either just add otion to "resign" employee but keep the history. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has been a huge help for our team. We use it for scheduling, time tracking, and communicating with everyone in one place. It’s easy to use and works well, even for people who aren’t very tech-savvy.

The app makes it simple to keep track of hours, send updates, and manage tasks. We also like the GPS time clock and how easy it is to create forms and checklists.

Customer support is quick and helpful whenever we have a question. Overall, it’s a great tool that saves us time and keeps everything organized.

it is fairly easy to use and customer support has been fairly helpful in the set up

We have a lot of different rates and allowances in our awards, we are covered by a couple of awards, for who we are using this system for, but the system can't cover all of them at the moment, so we will be relying on our old system for some things until Connecteam can handle everything we need it to. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like the ease of setup and use to keep track of employees and jobs. While I may not have everything exactly down yet, the tutorials are extremely helpful. I use it daily to keep track of employees for clocking in and out of jobs and to keep track of their hours. The system was very easy to setup and get started with. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

What do you like best about Connecteam?

What I like best about Connecteam is how user-friendly and all-in-one it is. The platform makes it incredibly easy to manage schedules, track time, and communicate with the team without having to juggle multiple apps. I especially like how simple it is for employees to clock in/out from their phones, request time off, and stay updated through the company newsfeed. The customization options also stand out—whether it’s creating forms, checklists, or training modules, everything can be tailored to fit our specific workflow. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

What I dislike about Connecteam is that the platform can feel a bit overwhelming at first. Because it has so many features, the initial setup and customization take some time to learn, and it’s not always immediately clear where to find certain tools. The mobile app works well overall, but it can occasionally run slowly if a lot of forms or checklists are loaded at once. Pricing also becomes a consideration as your team grows, since some advanced features are only available on higher plans. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam has lots of features you can turn on and off to customize what features you use. I LOVE being able to turn on the few items we utilize right now and know that I can easily turn others on as our team grows. The support team is very responsive and responds rapidly; even to silly questions. My team of 8 uses the app every single day for the time clock features and quick tasks. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Time clocks and GPS are always an issue at our company, until we found Connecteam. Now, our staff's time is accurate; we instantly see when someone fails to clock in or out, and the GPS tracks our staff who travel to jobsites. This has increased productivity and efficiency in payroll. Our staff understood the app instantly and needed very little training. All employees are required to use Connecteam daily to clock in and out and to allow GPS to track them when traveling to a job site. Our HR staff finds Connecteam to work efficiently with payroll when issuing weekly paychecks. They pull hours straight from Connecteam. When we encounter issues with the GPS and need help finding what we are looking for, customer support has always been able to answer all our questions. As well, when we first set up the Connecteam program, Customer Support provided answers to all of our questions. Finally, we have been able to integrate our time clock and payroll system into Connecteam, allowing for payroll to flow smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The only area for improvement I could see is with the GPS details. It would be helpful if the GPS displayed the locations where vehicles stop and the duration of their stays at each property. It makes it challenging to work with cell tower pings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Connecteam?

Out of all the employee time tracking and scheduling services we've tried out in the past, connecteam has been the easiest to learn and use daily. Our employees have not reported any issues like we have heard in the past using other apps for our clock in/out. I love having everything in one spot. I know when theres requests off while making the schedule. I know if someone has been late or forgot to clock out. It's like having a second manager built in for me. What do you like best about Connecteam?

Connecteam makes it easy to add new users and I like the way you can qualify each user in a specific department and job role. It was very helpful that a representative from Connecteam met with us 3 or 4 times for almost an hour each time to help fine-tune our user interface and learn the ropes of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Connecteam?

I really do not like the fact that you can't point at any place on the schedule screen without something popping up. Sometimes, the thing that pops up gets stuck and you have to look for the shift that's causing the pop-up so you can get rid of it. Also, every time I use the Job Scheduler, I filter it so I'm only seeing the people in my department but the next time I go back into the schedule, it has reset to the original settings and I have to filter again. What do you like best about Connecteam?

I like that it has a various range of action to do, both from the management and the employee sides. I can literally manage a team without every speaking to them because it gives us so many options to share and upload content, you can share tasks/events/schedule easily and your team can interact with it. What do you dislike about Connecteam?

The only thing I would need is a reminder notification when the planned shift is about to end to the employee, like right on time or a few minutes after to let them know to clock out. It happens quite a lot that employee forget to clock out and they are automatically clocked out when they reached the daily limit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
