What do you like best about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

I love how versitile Salesforce is. It can be used in almost any industry and customized for any business. They handle large data sets fairly well, and they are mostly reliable. I love how much documentation and how many trainings and events are available for people who really want to get into the Salesforce community. There are loads of people willing to help if you need it and there are plenty of examples to see how to use the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Commerce for B2C?

The main thing that I dislike about Salesforce is the cost. While they do provide a very high quality service, the cost is extremely high. There can also sometimes be an issue with larger data sets, when we are running scheduled jobs, which can cause some seemingly random failures. It appears that it may relate to some hardware failure somewhere, as I have looked more into it and running the same code twice in a row sometimes results in a failure with larger data sets, but not every time. Salesforce B2C Commerce cloud provide a best things like

- Bussiness manager (Admin)

- Storefront (User)

- In admin side we don't want to do any changes. basic requirements are provided by the bussiness manager.

- If we need to implement the whishlist or back in stock functionality then we need to add only cartridge.

- For payment gateway we just need to add plugin cartridge.

- easy to implementation for any pluing or link cartridge to achive the any functionality.

Had a lot of issues during updates, whether that was Salesforce updates or updates with our systems. We had a lot of problems when updates would happen that the entire system would shut down which cause massive delays on our end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The program was a great upgrade to our original program for our contract. The training by the Salesforce team was great as well. The program itself was a huge benefit when it was first introduced. It made keeping up with all of our clients and information much easier, it was easier for us to train new employees on and just in general it made our jobs a lot easier.
