"A Game-Changer for Workflow Automation"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I've been using Zapier to integrate other applications on Wordpress for a few years now. What I love about Zapier is the ease of use. Specifically, that even without coding skills, setting up "Zaps" (automated workflows) is intuitive and straightforward. The step-by-step guidance ensures a smooth setup for even complex automations. I also like being able to customize Zapier. I love the ability to tailor Zaps with filters, conditions, and multi-step actions allows for nuanced workflows that align perfectly with my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The learning curve is pretty high for creating Zaps. I was able to get some help from a Zapier expert which worked out great for m.e Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So easy, even an old man can do it!"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I absolutely love Zapier. It’s one of those rare software tools that feels intuitive from the very first click. I don’t have to be a developer to make powerful automations — I just connect my favorite apps, set up a “Zap” in a few easy steps, and let it run. It saves me time, eliminates repetitive tasks, and makes my workday so much smoother. Zapier is automation made simple, and I can’t imagine working without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I’m a big fan of Zapier — it’s intuitive, powerful, and makes automation accessible to everyone. That said, I think it could be even better if some of the app connectors offered more functionality. Sometimes I bump into limitations where a connector only supports a few actions or triggers, and I wish it went deeper into the app’s features. Expanding those capabilities would make Zapier even more of a game-changer for complex workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A staple for any business owner!!!!!!!!!!!"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I can connect so many different programs together and constantly build off of my foundation for processes. It saves me so much time as a busy business owner and has allowed me to scale to large amounts because I can do more in less time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

I mean, everyone wants things for cheap or free so that would make it better. Other than that nothing I dislike nothing about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Zapier the ultimate time saver for automation"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier quietly works in the background , automating repetitive tasks so i don't have to think about them. I love how easy it is to set up workflows between apps that normally wouldn't talk to each other. It saves me a ton of time every week especially for things like lead management , email notifications , and syncing data across platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Zapier is incredibly useful but there are a few limitations once you start scaling your automations or need more advanced logic like branching or multi step conditions it can get expensive quickly some apps also have limited triggers or actions available which means i sometimes have to look for workarounds. Occasionally a zap might fail without a clear explanation unless you dig into the task history. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"industry standard for basic automation"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Its core strength is in the simplicity and reliability of basic, linear automations, such as sending email alerts from new form responses or logging leads in a spreadsheet. The interface is user-friendly and the onboarding process is straightforward, making it accessible for non-technical users.

Features like Zapier Functions offer the option to insert custom JavaScript for edge cases, providing some flexibility beyond the standard no-code tools.

The addition of AI-powered steps and chatbot components further extends its capabilities for simple workflow automation and customer support scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Despite its dominance, Zapier feels overly commercial and heavily targeted at the mass market, often at the expense of power users. The platform is highly limited for those needing advanced, multi-step, or conditional logic; complex automations quickly become cumbersome or impossible without significant workarounds. Many integrations are shallow, offering only basic triggers and actions.

Pricing escalates rapidly as automation needs grow, with the free tier restricted to very simple use cases and higher tiers becoming expensive for more serious automation requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best tool for generating integrations for rapid prototyping"
What do you like best about Zapier?

I love that I can create automated systems without hiring a developer. From sending Facebook leads to Google Sheets to automating emails: Zapier saves me hours every day. The implementation is quite easy at first compared to Maker. I use it quite frequently for prototyping and for forms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

There are integrations that feel incomplete or unstable. For example, not all apps have triggers or actions that truly leverage their API. Customer support is almost non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Digital Duct Tape Holding My Tools Together"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier makes my work life dramatically easier. I use it to connect tools that were never meant to talk to each other — like automatically syncing form submissions from my website to Slack, triggering emails, or updating CRM fields. It saves me hours each week, and once a zap is running, it’s nearly maintenance-free. I love the wide range of app integrations and how even the free tier gives you real value. The interface is user-friendly and the task history logs make troubleshooting simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Some of the more powerful features are locked behind the higher-tier plans, which can get expensive if you're running a lot of zaps. The filtering and conditional logic sometimes feel a bit basic unless you upgrade or use workarounds. Also, if one part of your zap fails, the rest might not run — I'd love better error handling or branching logic built in without having to rely on paths or third-party helpers. I've also had difficulty with the native parser. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless CRM and marketing automation Tool"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier saves me hours of manual work every week. I use it mainly for CRM integrations—like syncing leads between platforms, auto-updating contact records, and triggering follow-ups—and it runs reliably in the background. It's also great for setting up marketing automations, like sending email sequences or updating ad audiences, with almost no ongoing maintenance once the zaps are set. The flexibility and time savings are huge advantages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Some advanced use cases still require workarounds or custom webhooks, which can get a bit technical. Also, debugging isn't always straightforward if a zap fails due to an app error. It would be great to have more transparent error messages or suggested fixes.

It does show an error code, but while using Apps, it should provide more details about the mistake. I always have to reach out to their support to fix those errors, which takes my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Pricey but great to Solve Integration Challenges"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Easy tool to integrate with different platforms, where there are no integrate natively. Sometimes mapping integration fields can be a bit difficult and requires some time planning. Its a set it and forget it platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

The user interface could be improved, its a lot buggy for the user to manage & platform is on the pricey end as each step cost us credit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Must-Have Tool for Automation Enthusiasts"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Ease of Use: Zapier’s interface is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. From the moment I started using it, I found the setup process straightforward. The drag-and-drop functionality for building automated workflows (Zaps) means that even those without technical knowledge can create powerful automations. For instance, I was able to link my email to my project management tool effortlessly, saving me hours of manual updates.

Features & Functionality: The range of integrations that Zapier offers is extensive. With over 3,000 apps supported, I've been able to connect virtually all the tools I use daily. This versatility has allowed me to automate repetitive tasks, such as updating my CRM with new leads from email, significantly improving my efficiency. The multi-step Zaps are a game-changer, enabling complex workflows that would otherwise require significant time and effort.

Customer Support: Anytime I’ve encountered an issue, Zapier’s customer support team has been exceptional. They respond quickly, usually within a few hours, and provide clear, step-by-step solutions. I had an issue with a Zap not firing correctly, and their support team not only resolved the problem but also explained the cause in a way that was easy to understand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

Pricing: While Zapier offers a free plan, the more useful features and integrations often come at a higher cost. For smaller businesses or individual users, this can be a bit steep.

Complexity in Advanced Workflows: Building complex, multi-step Zaps can sometimes be tricky. There’s a learning curve involved in getting everything to work smoothly, especially when dealing with conditions or branching logic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy and Powerful Automation Tool"
What do you like best about Zapier?

Zapier makes it incredibly easy to connect apps and automate repetitive tasks without any coding knowledge. Its user-friendly interface and wide range of integrations allow me to create powerful workflows in just a few clicks. It saves hours of manual work and keeps processes consistent and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zapier?

While Zapier is powerful, the free plan has limited tasks and update frequency, which can be restrictive for growing needs. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier pricing, and troubleshooting complex Zaps can be time-consuming without detailed error logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
