The author has the amazing ability to describe what she goes through in such a way that helps the reader understand her experience of profound grief. There is no proper time line for grief recovery. She does the best she can, but it takes a long time for her to deal with so much loss. This book provides the opportunity to understand grief and loss when you have no other way to do so. (less)
