A good review of the 4 agreements, plus the 5th: Be skeptical; listen with respect.
All sound advice, although I thought it was interesting that even though one of the "agreements" is "Make no assumptions," the author seems to assume that the reader is having a terrible life and has suffered some terrible past that needs to be forgiven and/or forgotten. Otherwise, a decent perspective.
